Called Dan on a Wednesday pm needing some help with a concrete demo job I was doing in Manti UT with a Friday deadline. Had to leave a message but he got back to me in a few minutes. We talked over what I was needing and Dan thought another contractor was more suited for what I needed and he made a couple calls and got me hooked uo with the right person and I was able to complete the job. Dan got nothing out of this job but made sure I got taken care of. The next time I need a contractor in the area Dan will definitely be my first call!! We hired Dan for four different jobs on the same project; site excavation, pad preparation, geothermal trenching, and road preparation. There was a massive amount of dirt to be moved, some really challenging geography, and some interpersonal issues with a neighbor. We were blessed to get connected with Dan after posting a somewhat desperate request for excavation help on KSL. We had a tricky residential job and were starting to think we'd never get it taken care of... After dealing with numerous contractors who didn't show up or didn't send estimates when they said they would, Dan was a godsend. He was super responsive and provided a detailed estimate and communicated realistic expectations. Even though he was a couple hours away from the job site, he handled all of the logistics and permitting.
